Top Tier Trees is a family-owned and operated tree care company founded by a husband and wife team – David and Mandy Hall. David is an ISA Certified Arborist with more than 14 years of experience in arboriculture. You will find him personally meeting with customers, out in the field, inspecting trees and overseeing our crews. Mandy handles the business operations and manages our office. Together, the two successfully run a fully certified and insured business that delivers skilled service with efficiency and integrity.

At Top Tier Trees, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to cancel your accepted proposal, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled work date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled work date are subject to a $250 penalty.
