David dreamt of Top Tier Trees early in his arboricultural career when he saw the need for a service that offered high-level customer service, an employee-centric culture, and expert tree care done with integrity. As David and Mandy build Top Tier Trees and the organizations around it, there are a few things that David will not waver on:
1. A 5-star experience for our customers: if that hasn’t been met, David will do whatever it takes to correct the experience.
2. Treating our employees with respect and integrity and rewarding them for their dedication and commitment.
3. Offering nothing less than Top Tier tree care from the very first interaction through the final invoice and beyond.
Mandy is the visionary behind the systems, structure, and brand identity that helped bring Top Tier Trees to life. As Co-Founder and now Chief Brand Officer, she leads the company’s marketing, culture, and long-term legacy efforts.
After meeting David in business school, Mandy has been instrumental in shaping their shared dream—bringing strategy, creativity, and clarity to every phase of growth. Her focus on streamlined operations and customer experience has helped make Top Tier Trees a trusted name in the industry.
Together, she and David continue to drive the company forward, but couldn’t do it without the support of their Executive Team.

After only 8 months, he was ready for a new challenge. The business had grown and the call for more “boots on the ground” rang loud. Matthew took the opportunity to apprentice under David Hall to gain the arboricultural and logistical understanding of what he had seen on the job site day-in and day-out. His ability to gain the respect of his colleagues and the trust of his clients speaks volumes about his character in doing whatever it takes.
